Sherborne Triathlon

I completed the Triathlon today in the time of 1 hour and 35 minutes. It all went surprisingly well, the hardest parts were some of the climbs on the cycling and the run. Out of the 72 people who finished I came 43rd and 2nd in my category (Junior Male) Unfortunately there were only two! I was not aiming for an amazing result but this is still encouraging. Introduction

A few months ago, my Grandad tragically died of cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer) at the age of 72. It was a great shock to us all as it was only a month after diagnosis. There was almost no sign that he was ill and he was still an active and caring Grandfather.
